Au Petit Four was opened in
2000 by Catherine and Pierre Berraud-Dufour in the very lively Esplanade on
Camelback and 24th Street in Phoenix, Arizona. Their team includes the
incredible pastry chef Angelo Ferro, who still to this data comes
to compose the most incredible French pastries, such as the Royal, the
Chiboust, the Napoleon and many more...Au Petit Four was voted best of the
Valley by Phoenix Magazine in 2001, New Times Best of Phoenix in 2003 and
Best of The Valley by the Arizona Republic in 2004. This is your guarantee
for a wonderful gastronomic experience. Recently, Catherine partnered with
Chef Arnaud Catois to give the restaurant a new look. They will
soon offer wine and beer along with a whole new menu including typical
French entrees and starters.
